How we work
- Remote-first from UTC−6 to UTC+2, async by default, two optional meeting days
- Small pods of four to six people, one named lead, no matrix reporting
- You design the architecture you are going to run in production
- Published salary bands, reviewed twice a year

Open roles
Senior Front-end Engineer (Next.js / TypeScript)
Build storefronts against strict performance budgets. You will own page templates end to end, from the component library to the Core Web Vitals field data. Five or more years with React, at least two shipping commerce or other high-traffic consumer front ends.
Senior Back-end Engineer (Node.js / PostgreSQL)
Build catalog, cart, order and pricing services that stay correct under concurrency. You should be comfortable with idempotency, event-driven integration and load testing your own work.
QA Automation Engineer (Playwright)
Own the regression suites for checkout, pricing and stock across several client systems. You will build the frameworks, not just the tests, and you will have a say in what gets released.
Integration Engineer (ERP / PIM)
Connect commerce systems to SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics and Akeneo. Retries, reconciliation and dead-letter handling are the interesting part of this job, not the boring part.
DevOps / SRE
Kubernetes, Terraform and observability across client environments. You will be on a shared on-call rota with a real handover process and a real budget for fixing the causes of pages.
Salary bands
Bands are gross annual, paid in EUR, and reviewed every six months. Level is set at offer and is not negotiated down later.

Where you can work from
We hire anywhere between UTC−6 and UTC+2 on a contractor or employment basis depending on your country. Our registered office is in Mexico City and we have desks there if you want them, but nobody is required in the office. On-call is voluntary, rotated, and paid on top of the band.

- A paid, time-boxed exercise close to real work, or a walkthrough of something you have already built
- A conversation with the delivery lead you would work with, then an offer with a band and a level
