Three ways to work with us. Most clients start with a paid discovery, then choose the model that fits how their team is set up.
Technical discovery
Two to three weeks, fixed fee from €6,000. A systems audit, an integration map, a target architecture, a delivery plan and a fixed price for the build. The document is yours whether or not you continue with us — and the fee is credited against a build that starts within 90 days.
Fixed-scope build
From €45,000. Defined outcome, defined price, defined launch date. Best for replatforms, new storefronts and launches with a hard deadline. Change requests are priced and agreed, not absorbed silently.
Dedicated pod
From €18,500 per month. A senior cross-functional team embedded with your product organisation: architect, front end, back end, QA automation and DevOps, led by a named delivery lead. Best when the roadmap is continuous rather than a single project.
Managed support
From €2,900 per month. 24/7 monitoring, incident response against an SLA, weekly releases, quarterly performance reviews and a shared roadmap. Available for systems we built and, after an audit, for systems we did not.

All prices exclude VAT. Discovery fees are credited in full against a build that starts within 90 days. Fixed-scope projects are quoted after discovery and do not move unless you approve a written change request.

What is not included
Third-party licence fees, cloud hosting costs and payment processing fees are billed directly by those providers. We will tell you what to expect before you sign.
