Migration & Managed Support
Replatforming is the highest-risk project a commerce team runs. Done badly it costs rankings, order history and a quarter of revenue. We have done it enough times to make it boring.

Migration, step by step
- Inventory everything: SKUs, URLs, customers, orders, content, redirects and third-party scripts
- Build the new system in parallel while the old one keeps trading
- Migrate data in dry runs until the diff is clean, then run a final delta at cutover
- Publish a complete 301 map and validate it with a crawl before go-live
- Load-test at three times peak, then cut over in a low-traffic window with a rollback plan
What we protect
- Organic traffic and rankings, through a complete redirect map and preserved structured data
- Order and customer history, so support and returns keep working on day one
- Ad performance, by keeping tracking, feeds and product IDs stable
Managed support after launch
Go-live is the start of the relationship. Supported clients get 24/7 monitoring, a 15-minute P1 response, weekly releases, a quarterly performance review and a shared roadmap — from the same engineers who built the system.
